Photo Essay on Re-Rescue of Fitch by Pure Thoughts Inc.

Dr. Patterson administering emergency care and IV fluids to Fitch who is in shock and requires critical care including a blood transfusion due to the severe loss of blood. He suffered multiple wounds and large right-sided hematoma from being dragged across cement. He also has broken teeth, split ribs and suffered a hernia. Because of the extreme stress endured he also has colic and is slowly recovering from shock.

He was so weak at this point, he had to be carried on a special blanket back to his stall where he could be closely examined and monitored better.
